SSMD wants to help you better organize your documentation.  We will build a customized system for you to centralize your drawings and data.  We will create a time efficient, user-friendly and cost effective way for you to manage your documentation.

1 Our plan is to first organize your hard copy and electronic filing system.
SSMD will provide a simplified system for the retrieval and return of your hardcopy drawings.  Looking for a drawing? We will catalog and file them for you.

2 Second, we will build a database associated with your drawings.
SSMD will then take pertinent data from your hardcopy and electronic drawings and create a database from that information.  We call it the DDI (Drawing/ Documentation/Interface).

3  Third, we link both drawing and data systems together.
Now that you have an organized drawing system and an organized database, linking the two is the next step. SSMD will provide a user-friendly system for you. View your drawing and detailed information at the touch of a button.
