We own the software so you don’t have to.
In addition, our software experience is quite extensive. We primarily work in SolidWorks, but we can also work in MicroStation, AutoCAD, CADKEY and FastSURF.  We have successfully transferred information into Smartcam, Mastercam and Pro-E.  SDI is well versed and will adjust our CAD systems to support your own.

Eliminate inconsistencies between drawings and parts.
Contract Machine Shop Part Inspection.  SDI will verify that parts are manufactured to the specifications indicated on your drawings.  Our technicians use equipment that can quality check your parts for all tolerances down to 0.0001” (repeatable).  We can even have reports generated to inspect for geometric tolerances such as concentricity, flatness, parallelism, and all the rest.  We handle both small and large quantitative inspections.
